Israeli Human Rights Activists Accuse “Mofaz” for War Crimes
March 3, 2001
Beersheva (Wafa), Two Israeli human rights activists, Haim and Rifka Jordon,
wrote a letter to the Israeli chief of staff Gen. Shaoul Mofaz in which they
accuse him of commanding on war crimes and other crimes.
Wafa received a copy of this letter in which they count these crimes: starving population, establishing assassination squads, who murderes civilians without a trial, destroying agricultural lands, killing and wounding thousands of civilians and demolishing Palestinian houses, without any reason.
They added that the world has changed and today Generals, such as gen. Pinochet, of Chile, are brought to trial for committing or commanding on war crimes.
They inform Gen. Mofaz at the end of their letter that they have started documenting and filing all these crimes in order to be presented to the international war crimes court, when established, to investigate Gen. Mofaz’s war crimes and call upon him to stop commanding on these war crimes and crimes against man kind.
