February 11, 2001
Ramallah - WAFA - The Israeli bulldozers have cut more than 5,260 trees, mainly olive trees, in the West Bank, during the last month!
Israeli settlers steel the old olive trees and sell them, in order to replant them, especially in “Hadera” area, an Israeli town, and other locations inside Israel, to make the areas look as if the old trees were there for ages!
From the other hand, the Israeli occupation forces and settlers, continue to ruin Palestinian agricultural lands, in order to take it over, and expand their illegal settlements on Palestinian owned lands.
